These terms apply when you use this website or book with OLF Beauty & Hair (“OLF”, “we”, “us”), 4500 Forbes Blvd, Suite L35, Lanham, MD 20706.

Bookings

  • An online booking is a request. We confirm your time and final price by text or phone before your appointment.
  • Prices on the website are starting prices. Length, size, hair thickness, added hair and extras can change the final price. We tell you before we start.
  • Please arrive with hair washed, detangled and blow-dried unless you booked a wash.
  • Please give at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel. If you are more than 15 minutes late we may need to reschedule.
  • House calls are available by request and include a travel fee.
  • Promotions and discount codes can't be combined unless we say so, and may end at any time.

Loyalty program

Clients earn points for completed visits, as shown on the website and under My Account. Points have no cash value, can't be transferred, and the program can change or end at any time. Points are matched to the phone number you book with.

Products

Our handmade products are for external use. Check the ingredients and do a patch test if you have sensitive skin or allergies. Stop using any product that irritates your skin.

“Ask OLF” assistant

The website assistant is an automated AI tool. It answers from our price list and policies but can make mistakes; your confirmed price and time come from OLF directly.

Text message (SMS) program

  • Program: OLF Beauty & Hair appointment texts and, separately, offers and updates, sent only to people who opted in on our booking or contact form or asked us to text them.
  • Messages you may receive: appointment confirmations, reminders, changes, follow-ups and review requests; and, if you opted in to marketing, special offers, discounts and service updates.
  • Frequency: message frequency varies.
  • Cost: message and data rates may apply.
  • Opt out: reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You'll get one message confirming you're unsubscribed.

  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or booking.
  • See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We work to keep the website accurate, but prices, hours and availability can change. Photos may show sample styles. The website content, logo and photos belong to OLF or are used with permission.
