Before your appointment
- Come with hair washed, detangled and blow-dried unless you booked a wash.
- Bringing your own hair? Tell us when you book. You get money off (see Extras & Add-ons).
- Prices are starting points. Very thick hair, extra length or custom parts can change the final price, and we'll confirm it before we start.
- Please give at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule so we can offer the time to someone else.
